All of our orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in India to the shipping address provided by you via any of our shipping agencies. Processing the order normally takes up to 2 working days and then shipping normally takes 3-5 working days.

We try best to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is any item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not in stock, we will immediately inform you and either get in touch with you or fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

You can track your package through the Order Tracking facility on our website. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call us for a prompt solution.

• Duties and Taxes

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally, a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the respective country. The charges vary based on the country. If you are handed over with an invoice from the shipping agency for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay the delivery person directly at the time of delivery.
