• Delivery Process

Once an order is placed from your end, we confirm and process your order. Thereafter, your products are sanitized and sent to the inspection team to thoroughly examine the condition of the products.

After a heads-up from the quality check team, the products are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner after final sanitization.

Our delivery partners then deliver the package to you in the given timeframe. In case, they are unable to reach the provided shipping address or at a suitable time, they shall contact and coordinate with you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email at your registered mailing address with all the relevant details including the tracking number and the concerned shipping agency. • Delivery Time

Once the confirmation is received, it takes 24-48 hours for us to ready your package and thereafter 3-5 business days to get it delivered to your shipping address (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may depend on the pin code of the shipping address. However, we ship free on orders above 599 INR.
