  • How do I make a payment for a Nature’s Park purchase?

We at Nature’s Park offer multiple methods to make payments for your orders: Credit Card & Debit Card and Net Banking. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

We accept all VISA and MasterCard – only Indian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value) to complete the payment flow.

 

  • How do I pay using a Credit card?

We accept almost all VISA and MasterCard issued in India. International Credit cards are currently not supported on  www.naturespark.co.in .To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value – found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password. After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on naturespark.co.in, you will be redirected to the Bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

 

  • How do I pay using a Debit card?

We accept almost all Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on www.Nature’s Park.co.in. You will then be redirected to your Bank’s page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

 

  • Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on Nature’s Park?

Yes, shopping at Nature’s Park is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on Nature’s Park are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Nature’s Park uses latest  SSL encryption technology to protect your card information, while securely transmitting it to the Banks for processing the payment. You can be assured that Nature’s Park offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

 

  • Internet Banking?

We accept payment through Internet Banking from all leading Bankers in India.

 

    • Are ordered items purchased online are Freshly Packed ?

All ordered Items available at “Nature’s Park” are Freshly Packed.

 

        • What is the Mode of Payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with a net banking facility. Cash on Delivery is only available for the residents of Jodhpur as of now and this option will be soon available in other cities.

 

              • How much are the delivery charges?

“Nature’s Park” provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is INR. 599/- or more. For purchases below INR 1500/-, a delivery charge of INR  will be applicable depend on the volume you purchase and the location. The minimum amount of purchase is INR. 500/- and order below the minimum amount will not be accepted. Cash on delivery is available only for residents of Jodhpur only as of now.

 

                    • What is the estimated delivery time?
                    • The estimated delivery time for all the products depends on the location. Since the products are shipped from Jodhpur, it usually takes 3 to 4 business days for products to be shipped across the country. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
 
                    • The products are damaged, will it be replaced?
                      If the products that you purchased have not been delivered in a proper condition or have been damaged in transit, please do not accept the package as we will replace the goods with no extra cost.
 
                    • What about any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
                      There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges is applicable. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. Delivery charges are applicable and mentioned at the time of purchase for products.
 
                      • Does Nature’s Park deliver internationally?
                        “Nature’s Park” currently doesn’t deliver items internationally. Your welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
                        • How do I cancel an order? (before it has been shipped)

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your "My order" section.

 If you have placed the order as a guest, signup/sign in with the email that you have used while placing an order and you can then track/cancel order through "My Order" section.

 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request.

 

                        • Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item.

 Returns/Replacements on Nature’s Park are currently accepted only in the following cases:

1. You have received a damaged product

2. You have received a defective product

3. Wrong product was delivered to you

4. The product ordered was missing in the delivered shipment

In any of these cases, you could either request for a replacement or a refund within 5 business days of receiving the order.

 Step 1: Follow one of the following steps:

 a. Via My Orders section

 Click on 'My Orders'. Go to Order and select 'Have a Concern'. Proceed with reason for return.

 b. Via Help Center 

Click on 'Have a Concern'>Click on 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

 

                        • How do I add items to my wishlist?

 To add an item to your wish list, click on the heart icon besides the option of Add to Cart.
